Coaches are key in helping to facilitate a smooth running Picture Day. Following the check list below can help ensure a smooth running Picture Day. Coaches Check List
...on to your game or event! Reschedule Time Slot If a coach cannot make the picture slot assigned, they may switch times with another coach. Please inform the check-in person of the change. Missing Picture Day MVP provides a paid staff for Picture Day. The size of our crew is decided by the number of teams to be photographed that day. We expect to be photographing the entire league roster of teams on Picture Day. However, extenuating circumstances may prevent an entire team from attending Picture Day. MVP provides one make-up day for those team and individual players who missed Picture Day. The Make-Up Day is typically scheduled after the Picture Day. Distribution of Pictures Pictures will be delivered to the league photo coordinator to be distributed to the coaches. Each order is individually wrapped with player name and "Guest password" included. The guest password will allow access to your pictures online where additional photo gift products can be purchased.

If there is a problem with an order, correction forms are provided with the picture order and on-line. We will promptly correct any problem with a picture order. |
