Thank you coaches for volunteering your time! Your dedication plays an important roll in shaping the character of your young athletes.
In recognition, MVP SportsPix will provide a FREE 5x7 Portrait of you and your young athlete(s). Please complete the gold "Coach & Player" form and have it ready for the photographer.

Coaches Check List

1) Distribute order forms to your players no more than 1 week before picture day. This will minimize misplaced and lost forms prior to picture day.

2) Write your picture TIME and DATE on the front of each player's order envelope. Inform parents and players of the picture TIME and DATE. This will help eliminate missing players in the team picture.

3) Have your "Gold Coach & Player Form" completed and ready on Picture Day. Gold forms will be provided with the player envelopes and available on Picture Day.

4) Have your "Blue Team Form" completed and ready on Picture Day (one Blue Form per team only).

5) Have your players arrive 15-20 minutes before their scheduled picture time. Extra player and Buddy Forms are available at the check-in booth.

6) Let the check-in person know that you have arrived.

7) When your entire team has arrived, collect the order forms (Player and Buddy Forms) with enclosed payment and tell the check-in person that your team is ready.

8) Proceed to the team picture photographer. After completing the team picture, proceed to the individual photographer. Your team, individual, coach and buddy pictures will be completed within 20-30 minutes.

Reschedule Time Slot

If a coach cannot make the picture slot assigned, they may switch times with another coach. Please inform the check-in person of the change.

Missing Picture Day

MVP provides a paid staff for Picture Day. The size of our crew is decided by the number of teams to be photographed that day. We expect to be photographing the entire league roster of teams on Picture Day. However, extenuating circumstances may prevent an entire team from attending Picture Day.

MVP provides one make-up day for those team and individual players who missed Picture Day. The Make-Up Day is typically scheduled after the Picture Day.

Distribution of Pictures

Pictures will be delivered to the league photo coordinator to be distributed to the coaches. Each order is individually wrapped with player name and "Guest password" included. The guest password will allow access to your pictures online where additional photo gift products can be purchased.

Envelope Ordering Picture Day: "Online Guest Password" allows access to your leagues online picture gallery (accessible within 3 days after disturbition of photos).

Online Ordering Picture Day: Online orders ship to your home within 3-5 days after order is placed.
